Classes are $56/hour for Privates, Substitute, School, or Master Classes

 

Monthly Tuition for my Grand opening will be $56/month/weekly class

Subject to a minimum of 6 student and max of 12, at our discretion

 

 

The 56Dance Ballet Bar

I am equipped with a freestanding portable

professional quality grey metal coated ballet barre.

It is suitable for up to 8 students, 4 on each side.

It can be placed in the center, and stored in the case after class.

The studio will have a built in 4 person wall mounted bar

All barres have both a stationary lower for children and higher level for teens+.

 

Remember the bar is for moral support.

Ballet can be learned without it, It is an optional tool.

Advanced students may only use the barre as needed.

It is not a crutch, you should not become dependent on it.

Pull your own weight up, use a two finger light touch.

 

It can assist stretches, alignment, stopping in turns, and to hang your sweater.

 

 

All classes are beginning level,

until students graduate or are placed in intermediate advanced.

Intermediate Levels require audition of four remedial classes.

 

Music is piano on cd, classical, instrumental, standards, and jazz.

Some exercises may be done in silence, or with verbal narration.

 

We follow a graduated syllabus.

We offer 8 levels of ballet training.

All classes are co-ed, meaning boys and girls.

 

From pre-Ballet for ages 2-4 (creative movement Primer)

Ballet 1 for 5-6 (beginning)

Ballet 2 for 7-8-9 (Beginning only)

Ballet 3 for 10-11-12 (Beg-intermediate)

Ballet 4 for 13-17 (Beg-intermediate-advanced)

Ballet 6 for 18-21   Young Adult  (Beg-intermediate-advanced)

Ballet 7 for 22-64 adults (Beg-intermediate-advanced)

Ballet 8 65-99 (Beginning only)

Seniors over 65-99 may require letter of participation for their primary care.

(yes, I have danced with 90's seniors!)

It is modified, slower (beginner level) and has chairs.

If you are a centurion, over 100 and still want to dance!

it's free for you.

 

Observations:

Chairs inside the dance studio are always available for students.

If they choose to observe and not participate, fine.
