Children's Dance Birthday Celebrations

can be booked at your local Dance Studio or ours.

The total cost is $756 for a 2-3 hour special event.

($156 rental, 356 entertainment, 256 catering, plus $56 deposit)

($56 Reservation security deposit due at booking date is non-refundable, Three weeks prior minimum, no last minute arrangements can be accommodated.)

(Kelly with one dance assistant will entertain your 25-35 guests. $356

With dances, routines, musical games, party props, prizes, & gift bags.

Camera rental and Invitations, decor included, one hour total.

Entertainment Decor/Props/Theme must be Paid Two weeks prior.)

(Food additional $256., decor & table-wear included. 30 minutes for LUNCH. Catering must be paid one weeks prior to event date.)

(meet greet/photos/gifts 30 minutes)

Have your own entertainment and just need to rent our space:

$156/2HOUR 2 HOUR MINIMUM 6 HOUR MAX +56 cleanup security deposit.

Available   Only Sundays 12noon-6pm    Itinerary:

Session 1   1230 setup 1-3 party until 330 cleanup

Session 2   330 setup 4-6 party until 630 pickup

MEET & GREET ENTRANCE, Hello!!!

Face painting, costume dress up area,

 Soft music, gift table, nametags,  15-20 minutes

First Set Honor Birthday child, begin games, props, play time 15-20 min

Juice/water beverage break (rest rooms too!!!)

15-20 minutes dance routine, filmed, with parents cheer section.

Lunch break, pizza delivered, or removed from heat wrap. (30 minutes)

Third set, more games, kids watch video playback.

Dessert, cake, sing song, gift opening, each child returns props,

They get gift bags, group photos, balloons pass-out (12-24) Bye!!!

Dancing Princess:

Romantic Renaissance gowns, crowns, hats, large throne chair, castle backdrop, boat & magic carpet ride, regal and dreamy, huggy bear, feathers, pink girly galore!!!

Fairy Angel:

Fairy Butterfly wings, wands, angels robe, ribbons, streamers, mayflower ceremony, glitter, charm, flowers, ballet, wishes, face painting!!!

Hip-Hop  Pop-Rock:

Movement games like twister, sock hop, tug on the rug, dance contests, dance pad video game, video a short routine and playback on pillows with popcorn.... for boys and girls!!!

Modeling:

Runway, costume dress up, face painting, makeup, etiquette,

Bring your video camera, and digital photo camera, or rent ours for $30 each including the disk to keep (free camera rental if choosing catering package). We will pass a disposable Disney or hello kitty princess camera around for the kids, and one hour develop it for you for $30, includes double prints and the photo cd, for the kids to take home picture of themselves in costume with the group. !!!

Tiny tot tumble land:

Parachute, bounce balls, hoola hoops, jump rope, cheese wedge, tumble mats, coke n Pepsi race, choo-choo train, the tunnel!!!

Music Jam:

Blow up instruments, noise makers, hats, sunglasses, Elvis look-alike suit, microphones, karaoke, sing along, music video theme, lots of TVs playing favorite music show, American idol theme, etc real instruments: keyboard piano, hand drums, shakers, triangle, guitar, castanets, flute, harmonica!!!

Catering: Dancer's Garden Buffet (TM):

Every kid loves pizza, popcorn, juice, cake, and healthy snacks, like carrots n celery with ranch, apples with peanut butter, banana sundaes, cold cut platters, etc... you can bring your own, or we provide all food for 25-30 guests, 15 kids, 10+ adults, for $256-300, includes all cleanup, table wear, ice, cups, napkins, plates, forks, ice cream and mini cones. Garbage cans and bags included, chairs, stools, folding tables, candles, lighter, all food left over is yours to take home. Beverages are juice, soda, water, soy milks, teas. Leave it up to us or specify from our menu your preferences !!!

Special TV Character:

Does you child love a certain TV character? Dora, Disney snow white, barney, the spice girls, brat dolls, sponge bob, the wiggles, blues clues, clowns,  etc... we can arrange for a costumed model to visit and coordinate the decor. Please inquire...!!!

Decor:

56Dance Decorating Party decor includes,

Invitations with your Chosen theme (24) with envelopes,

a printout of the studio location directions.  24 self addressed rsvp postcards, a guest list sign up sheet and studio copy, (no postage stamps unless requested,)  Front entry signage, Welcome Birthday Girl, Door banners, Flowers etc..

A party itinerary form, with chosen games,  music, and props selected. Balloons, two dozen helium, tied to the ballet barre, to pass out or take home at end of party. Streamers from the ceiling (we have ladder).

 Ribbon bows on top of the mirrors. Reflective Stars, party lights, disco ball, chandelier, swag holiday lights, strobe box, black light, colored lights. Background music like happy birthday songs, two music players, one tv/dvd/vhs combo for viewing a slide show of your child's collage photos growing up looping, or the party routine playback, or dance video party ambiance, like last years recital. Tables, chairs, mats, trash baskets, napkins etc... Also props for your theme, clothing, hangers, wigs, toys!!!
